Subhash is founder of an E-Learning firm – Thetapreneur(www.thetapreneur.com).It helps Academic institutes/ Government Organizations in Training & Mentoring student Startups. “Theta-Preneur”-A proprietary online eresource portal is being used by 125+ Academic Institutions/Colleges/ Universities to access online study material and e-mentorship support.
Subhash has been teaching Startups & Entrepreneurship at various Academic institutes.He has been giving guest lectures at Engineering college final year and MBA Final year for students of Entrepreneurship elective or Startups. He has been teaching various topics– Startup Valuation,ESOPs,SHA and Term sheets, Fund Raise, Investor Pitch, etc. He has taught “Minors in Entrepreneur-ship” at IIT Hyderabad. He is also teaching “Startup– Business Planning & Fund Raise” at IIM Lucknow. He is a regular visiting faculty and Guest faculty at Symbiosis- Pune.
An author by heart, Subhash has authored multiple reports on Emerging Technology & Startup sectors like: Artificial Intelligence, Block Chain, Cyber Security, AR/VR, 3D Printing, Drones, Cloud Computing, etc.Subhash has authored 30+ e-Handbooks on Startup lifecycle: How to do Proto-type,Startup fund Raise,Finding Co-founder, Engaging Employees through ESOPs, Startup Valuations, etc.(All of these have ISBN number and can be accessed at the Theta-Preneur portal).
Subhash is Master in Economics, and a full time MBA from Symbiosis Pune. He has graduated in Electrical Engineering and has done his schooling from Kendriya Vidyalaya and Naval Children School.
